These terms cover the Siegegrid game and this website, made by Moxiebytes (“we”). By playing, you agree to them.

It’s a game

Every scan, contract, raid and siege happens inside the game. Nothing touches real networks, systems or people.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. You must be at least 13, or older if your country requires it. You’re responsible for play on your account.

Aliases and bot names

Other players see your operator alias. Names must not be hateful, harassing, sexual, impersonating anyone, or contain personal information. We may reset a name that breaks these rules.

Fair play

Don’t cheat, automate play outside the game, exploit bugs, attack our servers or harass other players. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Credits and items

Siegegrid is free to play and has no in-app purchases today. Credits, bots, rig upgrades and everything else in the game are fictional and have no real-world value. We rebalance the game over time, so values and rules may change.

An online service

Siegegrid needs our servers. We may update, pause or end the game, or reset game data. We’ll try to warn you in the game first.

Deleting your account

Delete your account any time from the account menu in the game. See the Privacy Policy for what happens next.

Apple

These terms are between you and Moxiebytes, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for the game or its support.

No warranty

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost progress, data or indirect losses.
